Linda R. Schaap

LINDA R. SCHAAP is an associate of the firm with a practice emphasis on medical malpractice defense, including negligence, elder abuse, unfair business practices, and wrongful death. She also specializes in employment law, including age and disability discrimination under Title VII, ADA and FEHA actions.

Ms. Schaap received her Juris Doctorate from Empire Law School in Santa Rosa in 1994, Cum Laude, West’s Law High Honors Award. She is also a Registered Nurse receiving her degree from Napa College School of Nursing in 1976 and receiving both the Top Student Award and Lifetime Academy of Science Award.

Ms. Schaap is a member of the California State Bar Association. She also belongs to the Sonoma, Los Angeles, Solano and Napa Counties Bar Association. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Attorney Nurse Association, Napa Valley Inns of Court, California Board of Registered Nursing, Missouri Board of Registered Nursing, and Washington Board of Registered Nursing.
